The Carpet & Rug Institute sets test methods & performance criteria for carpet cleaning products. Their Seal of Approval means that Impact has passed stringent test for:
• Efficacy: the ability to remove stains
• Resoiling: whether the product attracts soil at an accelerated rate.
• pH: excessively acid or alkaline products can affect dyes and fibers.

OUR PROCESS
First we will inspect the area to be cleaned, assessing any stains or spots, so we can let you know what to expect from the cleaning. Next, we will vacuum using a strong equipment in combination with the rotating electro brush, deep-seated dirt gets loosened from the fibers and the result is a deep-cleaned fabric - while reducing pollution in your home; then we spray the plant-based cleaning solution, with a hand brush we will gently agitate the fibers by allowing the cleaning agents to emulsify with the dirt and stains. Once the soil has been loosened we will start our state of the art equipment hot water cleaning process. Pressure and heat will be regulated to keep the carpet from becoming overly wet. We follow this with a rinse (clean water not water mixed with products that do not need to be rinsed) and extraction to thoroughly remove soil and moisture.
Step 1 - Decontamination
The first step consists of extracting dirt/dust, germs, bacteria, fungus, pet hair, food waste, dead skin and dust mites. High powered extraction to remove allergens and pollutants from your home.
Step 2 - Steam Sanitation (Chemical-Free)
This process consists of eliminating dirt-spots and the most stubborn residues, without the use of toxic and chemical products, also while sanitizing. Powerful steam cleaning to reach 200 F to disinfect and sanitize. The high pressure steam will kill all germs and bacteria deep and give it a long-lasting freshness.
Step 3 -Wet Cleaning
To complete the deep cleaning process, the last step is to scrub, remove stubborn stains and spills, and dry with a powerful extraction system. Health benefits extend to family members who no longer are breathing in cleaners lingering in the air.
